| My name is Rick. I was with the 6th Gun 12th Arty HB Survey Section from Jan 1964 to Jan 1965. We were located on a compound south of Camp Red Cloud on the west side of Hwy 3 with the Service Bat.
I can't remember the compound name. Anyone have a idea? | |

| The name is camp St Barbara. I was there 1970-1971 HHC 6BN/12ARTY motor pool . We were at camp Alex Williams with A-B battery.

| Camp St. Barbara was north of Camp Casey, not south of Red Cloud. I was Ammo Sgt. with Svc. Btry. 6/12 69-70. It's good to finally find a sight that is for the Korean vet. bucky, do you remember Gary Gregory and Benny Frady? | |

| In 64, the 6/12 was at Camp Jackson. In early 1969 the Hq Battery, 1st Tabulating Artillery Battalion, 25th Artillery that was at the north end of Camp St Barbara moved to Camp Jackson, and the 6th/12th Arty moved from Jackson to the area that 1st Tab had occupied at Cp St Barbara. In 1969, I was in D Company 4th Maint Bn. We had a 12 man Detachment at St Barbara to do the 3rd Echelon repairs on all the equipment on Cp St Barbara. We had a shop and Quonset Hut in HQ Bat, 6/12th area. Great assignment, work hard, party harder. | |
