36th ord co

I have a year book of 36th ord co as i was one of the first to move in in 1970 when it was built . I was at 696th ord the 260th mp .a msa near tdc was closed and we 12 of us went to the new 36th ord co [ds/gs] Curtis B.
Barton was the co.

Hi, Just saw your post. My dad was with the 36th Ord Co in 68-69. He was the motor pool Sargent. Just wondering if you knew where the camp was before they moved in 70? My dad past away back in 1997 and going through his DD214 papers it really doesn't say where they were. Looking at some of the pictures and comparing them to pictures on the internet, it looks a lot like it might have been Camp Edwards. I did have contact with someone in the unit, but all he remembers is the camp was 20 minutes south of Munsan. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I don't know if any one follows this any more but I was in the 36th ord co in 1970 before we moved. we were near a small village called yon te ri. north of the 2n div checkpoint. we moved to the new compound during the summer. I remember when the 696 MPs came in and was friends with several of them. I was in the motor pool also but your dad was gone when I got there. Our motor sergeants last name was Harrell,
