I was stationed at Sub Post k-6 for about 5 years. I came from Japan on LST 413 as a member of the 6th Trans Co (LT HCPTR) H21. I knew CWO Humpheries (sp) He was not a member of the 4th Trans his aircraft went down between K6 and K55. The other H21 unit there was the 13th at Camp Redcloud.. I had a lot of fun there and enjoyed the people. Some day I hope to visit there again
