I remember Downtime I was not a member but I did run some with Doc. Crash, Dixie, Ozone and Rebel. I was there in 78 and 79

Was at Camp Essayons from early 83 to late 84..C Btry 6/37 FA MLRS, shit hit the fan a couple of times. Especially with the slicky boys that the north sent down. We were out and about, in the Chawron Valley highway 1. Also spent time in the river and swamps north of camp and patrolling that area-could we have been exposed to the defoliants that were used back in the seventies. On the DMV they were spraying in 84. Still remember going from covered position to an entire area of sand and rock on the ridges overlooking the valley

I was station at Camp Essayons, 6th BN 37th FA, HQ Btry, from Nov 1976 to Nov 1977. I work out of the motor pool and was the PLL clerk, 76D10. Maintain and ordered repair parts for all vehicles and the M1-10 howziers the Big GUNS. The village outside the compound at that time was called Hockamarie in the Uijeongbu area. I toured the DMZ and had to sign a wavier and if I got shot while on the tour the Military wouldn't be held responsible. We were all the time in the field and the only duties I conducted was perimeter guard. Lying around in that foliage that has been sprayed with agent orange.

Savage. Ozone prospect me and Dixie was prez. Hated that place. Went from sp4 to e2 in 3 months... just couldn't stand not having a pass....
