| I,m a new man to the forum. Served as a sentry dog handler at camp Casey MSA in 1969 and 1970. Been wondering if anyone has any info on agent orange being used to defoileate around the MSA area. I,ve been afflicted with some various maladies (dizzyness , double vision, etc and have been to a couple major non military hospitals with no diagnosis. Anyone out there that might have some info? Would also like to here from anyone that served there at that time. Thanks | |

| Richard- So thats what was behind those large concrete and steel doors that we as dog handlers and tower guards were forbidden to look behind. We always had our suspicions but never knew for sure. Good luck with your AO claim. I'm still in the early stages of mine and have been told to be ready for denial after denial but not to give up. I'm in reasonably good shape but have had various maladies that doctors in major medical centers have been unable to explain. If in fact AO was sprayed at MSA 31 that may explain alot of things. Keep us informed. |

| There's a scan of a news article about the Agent Orange spraying on this forum. I think it's in the photos of St. Barbara, near the bottom.
I tried posting it to Marie some time back, but it never appeared.
BTW< a friend of mine was also guarding at MSA, our 175's had nukes :-), until he shot a part of his butt off with his .45, playing with it. Good thing it wasn't pointed forward more:-) | |

| Mike Reid I remember you and Ringo. I was stationed at the msa the same time you were. I am also having a problem with AO issues. Wasnt it called msa 52. I believe I still have the flag that I won in the drawing when it changed but I don't remember what it changed to. Hope to hear from you and find out the status of your claim. Hope you are well. | Since this is an Agent Orange (defoliant or tactical chemical) forum I am looking for some updated info. I have just received another denial letter from VA as to the defoliant issue. I still need some buddy letters from anyone in country back while I was there which was Oct 1968 through Nov 1970. Also, I have developed a ton of information that I would be willing to share. I was with HHB 4/44th (NIKE) ADA at K6 (Camp Humphreys.) Anyone else? Please contact me. Together we can perhaps get the VA to admit what we already know, such as defoliant use at tac sites, VHF hills, radar and launcher areas and Sea Range.

| We all need to join the facebook page Korea - Dioxin/A.O. - Buddy Letters and post a letter in the files section. You just need to state your name, unit, date you were there, Health info (if you want to), and whether or not you spent time at the DMZ. It would be a BIG HELP to your fellow vets. | |
